This auction is for a beautiful cream and grey majolica plate made by Waechtersbach of Germany. It measures 9 3/4" in diameter and is marked "Waechtersbach Made in Germany". T is also an incised number that is difficult to read. Possibly S52 ? The raised bird goes around about 1/4 of the edge of the plate. It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, but it does have some crazing and a few light utensil marks. Check my other auctions for more of these plates !
