This auction features an antique gold filled pocket watch chain bracelet with three fobs and a T-bar. The swivel is marked OMD (See company information below.) Attached to the large chain is a giant jump ring which holds the three fobs and the T-bar. They can be removed to exchange fobs or add more if desired. The double sided fob has an unusual clear etched surface over a polychrome picture depicting the moon and stars. The other side has an inlaid Gold Stone. Gold Stone is also known as Aventurine and it is a shimmering quartz. The shimmer is caused by tiny metallic particles (mica) within the stone (not gold). In later years they manufactured Gold Stone to use in jewelry and I do not know if this is real Gold Stone or a man made Gold Stone. You also have a Gold Stone cube fob in which all of the edges have been beveled. In my opinion these might be real Gold Stone given the age of the pieces and what looks like a natural "pit" in the flat Gold Stone disc. Next there is a matching wax seal fob with a monogram. Possibly MM or WW. And there is a T-bar. The bracelet measures 7" long when you hook the swivel at the end of the wide part of the bracelet. If you need more room you can attach the swivel to the giant jump ring and easily have 7 1/2" bracelet. It is in excellent used condition. Swivel and spring ring clasp work well. No read more
