up for auction is a very old gold locket. I purchased it at an estate sale and was told it was gold. T are no markings on it.This also came from a 95 year old womans estate. It is one inch long by 3/4 inch wide . The gold is uniform and does not seem to have any wear . The latch is strong and tight. T is a picture of an lady with old attire in the frame. The inside picture frames on both sides are solid glass with no scratches. The out side is carved, it has a large bail. It is truly a nice locket. I can feel a ding on each side of the locket I am not sure if it is the design or what but not seen. Please ask all questions before bidding since all sales are final. Good luck and happy bidding.
