This is an antique floral, decorated milk glass Gone With The Wind electrified kerosene Banquet lamp. It has hand painted roses and leaves on the bottom and coordinating hand painted lilies and leaves on the top globe, with a green background on both globes. The thin glass base has embossed yellowish dots around the center of some flowers. The lamp measures approximately 22 ½ inches high and 8 ½ inches wide. This lamp was permanently converted from kerosene to electric many years ago. The light socket is signed: "Arrow 660W, 250V" and the wick knob is signed: "Made in US of America".
