This set of round wooden grain measures is fresh from a New England barn. The set consists of five round flat sided containers in graduated sizes. Each measure has a straight vertical seam held with brass nails. The bottoms of each measure is held together by wooden pegs. The largest container measures 9 inches tall be 14 inches in diameter and has two two metal handles and a metal band around the top and bottom as well as a bottom reinforced with metal bands. The other four containers are all wood with no metal. The diameters of the other four measures are 11", 8 1/2", 6 3/4" & 5 3/4". All five containers are in a remarkable state of preservation! This is the cleanest set of antique measures I have had the pleasure to offer. No smell, No rot, No damage, No Problems! NO RESERVE!EXTREMELY GOOD CONDITION! Buyer pays shipping & insurance.
