~*~Hello and thank you for looking~*~ This textile is an amazing Antique / Vintage hand-woven grain sack from Europe! ~*~ Lovely and long antique European grain sack! This sack has a very very very dark blue triple stripe. The blue is a dark, inky blue! ~ It appears nearly black, but it is a very very dark blue! ~ Stunning! ~ the tone of the ground is a beautiful natural sand done, lovely floppy weave, medium open weave , slubby and nubby! ~*~ ! ~*~ ~ Perfect for so many uses!! ~*~ ~*~ I love knowing that these textiles were produced without the use of pesticides, just wonderful natural fabric. Very easily maintained by machine washing. Please see easy washing instructions below! This lovely sack measures approx. 56 inches by 17 inches. ( of course it is twice the lenght as it has both sides. Both sides of my hemp grain sacks have the stripe unless otherwise noted~*~) ~ ( sack 219) CONDITION: This Antique hand-woven European grain sack is freshly laundered and ready to use~*~T is a small blue mark on one side of this sack, thin but dark blue~ can be spot treated to lighten! ~*~ ! ~*~ ~ These wonderful sacks make perfect upholstery fabric, bench cushion, outdoor furniture covers, bolster pillow for beds ( simply insert king sized pillow) , sofa pillows, floor pillow, ( simply fill with feather comforter or body pillow insert and add velcro or zip to the end!) laundry bag, table runner, bath mat ( hemp is naturally mold and mildew resistant) , Beach bag, roman shade, hand towels, you name it! They are also perfect for upholstery projects as the fabric is wonderful and very very durable! ~ These textiles are machine washable, tumble dry! I like to add fabric softener to the final rinse for added softness! Simply machine wash warm, tumble dry! ~*~ ~*~These textiles are, by nature, extremely Eco-friendly! The average age of these textiles is 100 years and they were naturally home grown, home retted ( in local lakes and ponds) and woven by hand.
