WELCOME to our site* HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY* Today for your consideration,and offered at No Reserve, we have for you a *Beautiful, Antique Vintage, Grandmother's Flower Garden Illusion Star Quilt* It is made entirely of 2&1/4 inch hexagons and is handquilted in tiny meticulous stitches at 9spi. around each individual hexagon. The quilter has created *Twenty Five, Lovely, 10&1/2 inch Colorful Flowers (each with a buttercup yellow center) surrounded by a*Sweet Deep Lavender Gateway and *fifty nine, 6inch, *Soft Lilac Garden Pathway Walking Stones made of at least six hexagons each. These walking stones (as I call them) give the *Wonderful Illusion of Six Point Stars with the flowers being their centerpiece .... Absolutely Gorgeous!* T are *Five half flowers gracing the perimeter and a 2&1/2 deep lavender border (the reverse is also deep lavender). It measures 92x72 which will fit up to a Queen Size. This quilt is made entirely of cotton including the thin batting. As you can see in the photos the colors are still *Bright and Vivid* and the period fabrics are gorgeous! I found No Flaws. No stains, frayed edges, holes, tears, rips, or bad odors!This lovely piece of *American History is very appealing to the eye and would look *Amazing hanging on the wall but would also be extremely beautiful used as intended, on any bed in any room!* This quilt is *Strong and Sturdy* and what about all the *BEA-U-TI-FUL COLORS*?! GREENS, REDS, BLUES, LAVENDER, LILAC, YELLOW, PINKS AND MORE! I would consider this quilt to be in *FLAWLESS, EXCELLENT CONDITION* T are many, many years left to love in this beauty and it could be passed on for more generations to love!
