Antique ? GREEN Painted WOOD Cambridge GRAIN BIN Bucket I have up for auction a wonderful wooden bucket or bin. The front of the bin has Cambridge Grain Company carved in black lettering. It is painted green and has forged iron brackets on the corners. The darker picture is more representative of the actual color. This bin is large measuring approx. 21 1/2" tall including the handle. The top opening of the bin measures 14 1/4" square.It is wonderfully aged with much wear to the wood. I bought this at an estate sale w the owner assured me that it dates to the 1920's. I am not entirely convinced that it is not a replica. It certainly has the appearance of being very old, but appearances can be deceiving :) I will let the bidders make up their own minds on this great piece!! Packaged weight is 10+ lbs. However, the package is large and falls under oversized. This reflects in the shipping cost.
