Antique GRISWOLD # 0 Toy CAST IRON Skillet Extra Finish

Up for auction this evening is this early Griswold child's toy #0 skillet. This little frying pan has the very desirable extra fine finish and the early type handle . It's made of the lightweight cast iron.
This has the desired heat ring and pattern number 562. T's a 0 on top of handle and on the bottom of the skillet; also t's a tiny number 3 on the bottom of handle near the top. Some call this a salesman sample as well. Outer condition is mint with clear concise logo, the handle feels like silk as does the inside. The inside had a little bit of rust which has been removed but left some slight spotting but it still feels very smooth though you can feel a very, very slight roughness on those spots. Clean and lightly seasoned. Skillet is 6 3/4" long across top and handle and it's 4 3/4" across pour spouts. Buyer pays USPS Priority or Parcel shipping (put your zipcode into calculator to get Priority cost) Price includes delivery confirmation, (insurance is buyers option) and approx. .50 cent fee to help defray the costs of packaging, fees, etc. Out of USA shipping will usually be more expensive. Please understand (SHIPPING CALCULATOR DOESN'T SHOW INSURANCE CHARGES until auction is over!!) Help Save Our Earth! It's the only one we Have! (Even if you only put them out on your regular trash-pick-up day they might have a chance of being found and re-used). P.S. The reason you put FREE on your sign is so people don't feel funny about stopping and taking the stuff and of course so they know it's not garbage ; even better if you happen to have clear plastic bags so people can see what's in them .
