Original and Antique Gustav Stickley Desk
Authentic period dropfront desk made by Gustav Stickley c. early 1900 with original label NO RESERVE This is an authentic antique Gustav Stickley "Dropfront Desk" It still retains its original paper label. This desk is (so I am told) pictured in the Stickley furniture catalogue. I am 100% guaranteeing it to be genuine antique Gustav Stickley. I am not putting a reserve on it, and am hoping it will find its own fair value. The desk is completely authentic and original, I guarantee it to not be a reproduction or facsimile of any sort. The desk has been in a private home for many years, and was used as a desk by the previous owners up to the day I purchased it. It is not in perfect condition, it has wear and tear and even the obligatory ink stain. Please view the detailed pictures of all aspects of the desk closely. I took pictures of all areas of the daily use and the wear and tear. It is a wonderful piece of antique Gustav Stickley furniture, with some love, care and attention it can be reconditioned and used with pride. The hardware has not been replaced and is original to the piece. The label is also 100% original to the piece. As I mentioned, I have been told this exact desk is in the Stickley catalogue. I can only 30 day money back guarantee the authenticity of the desk, that it is made by the Gustav Stickley workshop in the early 20 th century. I cannot unfortunately guarantee the condition, The overall size is.... Height, (to the top rail) is , 43". The length is, 30" . The depth (at the deepest) is, 13 ½".
