Antique Green Jade Bead
You are bidding on this very special Hand carved Chinese Green Jade Bead. I am not sure of the exact age of this fabulous bead. T is a beautiful Dragon and Phoenix carved on the front of the bead! I got it in my grandmothers estate and all I know is that she had it since she was a child. I believe that she got it from her grandmother, but I am not 100% sure of that. I would guess that its at least 70 years old but maybe much older. I would appreciate any info that anyone has. I will post any info that I learn as the auction progresses. I have included several pictures of the front and the back of this bead. T is a small hole drilled into the top of the bead visible in the pictures. This is a very large piece of Jade. It is approximately 230 Carats!! It measures 52x36mm or about 2x1.5 inches!! T is no reserve on this auction so you set the final price. Please contact me with any questions Good luck!
