Antique Hand Painted Gilded Metallic Porcelain Japanese Dragon Vase Signed GER This is a very striking vase of unknown origin. The design is very Japanese, especially with the 3 claws, but the marks on the bottom show an engraved GER, and then the number 587. I can't make anything else out. The dragon is very well done and it wraps all the way around the vase. I can see no problems with the vase such as cracks but there is one tiny round chip in front of one of the back claws that would be easy to touch up. The vase is very clean, and it measures approx. 13 1/4" tall.
