Antique Hand Painted Wood Table Light French Tole Lamp

This is a beautiful hand painted wood table light. Gorgeous warm tones of bronze gold, golden brown tones, blue greens, burnt orange, and golden hues of all these colors. The wood lamp base is a bulbous shape with vessel like handles. Wonderful chipped paint and although the design is the same on both sides each are a little different both front and back since it is hand painted. French tole motif with flowers, dolphins, leaves, berries and scrolls. The top finial is a white and grey mottled alabaster ball 1 1/2" diameter. The sockets and stem are also painted the beautiful gold tone to match the handles and base. Overall measurements are 23 1/2" high x 9" wide (handle to handle) and the base 5 3/4". The hardwood my guess is maple, you can see through the faux paint w the large sections of solid wood are seamed together as over the years the age cracks show through. The light does need to be rewired, both pull chains work when pulled from sockets. Contact me with any questions. We are always happy to combine shipping.
