Treasuregarden offers this Beautiful Antique Double Wedding Ring Quilt. This Quilt is Completely Hand Pieced and Hand Quilted. T are between 8 to 10 stitches per inch of the Hand Pieced Sections and 5 to 6 stitches per inch on the hand quilting stitches. In other words, t are alot of close and tight stitches on this quilt. I purchased this quilt at a Kentucky Appalachian Mountian Living Estate Sale 30 years ago and this has been in my own personal collection for all these years. The original Owner and Quilter was 90 years old when I purchased the quilt. She passed away about 25 years ago. She was Fabulous Quilter and it shows in this quilt. This quilt has some light age stains around the back edge of the quilt. Most likely from storage or light use. I believe this could be removed with an ozy clean treatment, because this is very light staining. This quilt All Cotton. It comes from a Smoke Free Home. It has always been stored in a Cedar Chest including the time I have owned this quilt. It measures 67" x 76". This quilt is pictured on a Queen Size Bed.
