Exquisite handmade antique silver tribal belt purchased bymy beloved aunt in Thailand in the early 1950s. She was quite a collector of interesting artisanal jewelry and accessories. Unmarked as to silver content, but definitely contains some silver. It polishes like silver, it was purchased as silver, but I can't confirm that for sure. Weighs a hefty 358 grams on my digital postal scale. Beautiful high quality embossed mythical animal figure on the buckle, which slides in and out of a hand cut silver plate on the other end of the belt and fastens neatly, cleverly and seamlessly in the front. The entire belt measures approx. 33” end to end. I used a cloth measuring tape around the inside of the belt after fastening and that measures approx. 31”. Width measured at the buckle is 2 ¼”. A real treasure! All items are from a clean and smoke free home. I am always happy to combine shipping for multiple item purchases.
