Up for auction is this very scarce Hecker Cereal Company slotted spoon / bottle opener. In 1914, the Hecker Cereal Company had made a set of metal kitchen utensils as giveaways for purchases of their products. Every utensil in the set featured a bottle opener handle. I have seen the regular spoon and the spatula on online auction sites, but have not seen the slotted spoon. The spoon measures approx. 10 ½" long and the bowl of the spoon is 2 ¼" wide. It does have some age discoloration but no dents or dings.A great hard to find item for your antique advertising or vintage kitchen collection! ============================= I go to the post office every morning and can normally ship your item the day after I receive your cleared payment. Shipping includes electronic Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional, but recommended for fragile items. I pack with care, but cannot guarantee against breakage or loss during transit. Due to the size of this item I cannot offer combined shipping unless perhaps something can be shipped inside the pot. Please e-mail me if you plan to bid on more than one item and I will let you know if they can be combined. Thanks and Good luck!
