's a lovely antique (early 1900s) Italian oversham-bolster. I have the matching duo of euro shams listed in a separate auction. Overshams are designed to place over the top of your pillows to add beauty and protect them from dust settling during the day. It's a lovely cutwork design of roses and scrolls, stretching the entire width of a king sized bed. If you have a smaller bed, it will drape beautifully down toward the floor.
