Being offered for your consideration is this most wonderful and large Italian lace and embroidered tablecloth. Dating probably from the early 1920's, or perhaps even earlier, this wonderful and large tablecloth measures Aprox. 68" Wide and is 120 " Long . This tablecloth features a wonderful 6" heavy Italian crochet lace insert that frames the entire cloth 8.5" inside or above the wonderful heavy 5" crochet lace trim. T is also a framework of of Italian cutwork and embroidery that frames either side of the Italian crochet lace inserts..The material is a medium weight and excellent quality Italian linen . The color is soft antique white and the quality and workmanship on this cloth is excellent. This tablecloth is in overall good vintage condition. with the exception of a small old, well done darn or repair that is located along the inner top edge on the side of the cloth. T are also a couple of areas were the edge of the trim in missing or frayed (see photo) and t are also a couple of candel wax stains on the top of the cloth.This tablecloth is from my own collection and has had plenty of use but still has a lot of life left in it, It is a beautiful cloth.l. I have put a blue cloth underneath the cover to better show it's true beauty. This is not included in this auction. This auction is for the tablecloth only. This cloth is being sold in as found condition.Please keep in mind when bidding that payment is due within (3) days from the close of the auction. All sales are final. No RETURNS, REFUNDS, ECT.
