A OUTSTANDING ORNATE SICILIAN "SARAGA" CLASP KNIFE. NAVAJA IS 15cm (5.90") WHEN OPEN WITH A 6.50cm FILE BACK BLADE. TWISTED WIRE IS INLAID INTO HORN HANDLES WITH BRASS SCALE FOR BOLSTERS. CONDITION IS VERY GOOD ON THIS MID 19c EXAMPLE, BLADE IS TIGHT TO HANDLE BACK SPRING IS STILL STRONG.
