BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE JADITE Table LAMP w/ Finial Up for auction is this EXTRAORDINARY Antique Jadite Table/Boudoir Lamp . It is even COMPLETE wit h the original FINIAL . It was acquired at an estate sale in South Eastern Pennsylvania and I fought hard to get it! The best part of it is that it STILL WORKS GREAT and even has it's ORIGINAL CORD! T are a couple areas w the material is starting to frey on the cord but it works just fine regardless. This FANTASTIC Piece dates to the 1920's, Art Deco Era. Some would call this a BOUDOIR LAMP or a ladies dressing lamp. The lamp is in great shape but does have a few whiteish (age?) spots on it. I have not cleaned the lamp and will leave that to the new owner. I did not want to ruin anything and wanted to leave it in its purist form . It is quite heavy. The metal work is very ORNATE and INTRICATE . The finial is the same color as the lamp but it appears to be made of a type of plaster or ceramic and then covered with the jade color. T are two very tight hairline cracks in it but you have to look close to see them. A couple tiny nicks as well but nothing major. SIMPLY a LOVELY ANTIQUE LAMP to use anyw!
