ANTIQUE JAPANESE CARVED BOXWOOD OJIME FIGURAL ANIMAL BEADS-NO RESERVE

Early to Mid 20th century(possibly older) Incredibly intricately detailed, carved boxwood figural beads of animals, stung a cord. String Consists of: 12 - 1" animal beads, including monkey, snake, oraguatang,hyenna, ram, wildboar, anteater-each bead is a different animal;2 -3/4 " spacer beads;1 -1 1/4" large bead; 1 3/4" smaller bead just above a beautifully woven knots that have a loop on each side and a tasseled bottom. Condition: PERFECT

These carve beads are from a private collection of Asian antiques acquired during a lifetime of world travel by a recently passed acquaintance of my husband. Please check out my ebay store over the next couple of weeks for many additional carved jade items other antiques from his collection.
