You are bidding on an antique Japanese Imari Charger Plate. Hand-painted with a beautiful, intricate design with cobalt blue, orange, red, and green colors and lots of gold accents. T is also a floral design on the underneath of the outside rim. Signed on the front by the artist. Signed on the back with Oriental symbols in blue. Has blue rings on the inside and outside of the bottom rim. Measures approx. 14 1⁄2 inches in diameter across the top. Stands approx. 2 1⁄4 inches high to the top of the outside rim. Wonderful condition. No chips. No cracks. No crazing. Hardly any paint loss. Purchased at auction, this plate has been lovingly preserved by the previous owner.
