We are offering an outstanding Japanese metal plate. We are not experts in this area but believe the plate is 19th century. It looks like a copper wash over a base metal & is heavy for its size (almost 1 pound). The metal smith who produced this treasure was a master. The raised scene of a Geisha tending her flowers in a garden! With the decline of the Samurai in the 19th century, many sword & sword furniture makers turned to producing utilitarian metal items to make a living. It measures 6" across & is in good shape (some ware to the copper)! We have not placed a reserve on this old oriental treasure, so bid away! Have Fun! We accept credit cards through "Paypal", personal checks, bank checks, or money orders. (ITEM held until personal check clears) Actual Priority Mail shipping cost & insurance will be calculated when lucky winner responds with Zip Code. NO RIPOFF PACKING & HANDLING CHARGES (We hate that when we buy
