ITEM: This is a another nice antique (late Edo early Meiji era) oval tsuba I am offering today. This has a brass inlay swastika (Buddhist manji) pattern on both side. Some of the inlay has come out but it is still beautiful just the way it is. This includes a very nice modern wood case to keep it stored in. The condition is very good, minimal signs of wear only. It's made of iron. It measures 68.5 mm from top to bottom and 3.75 mm thick. The nakago-ana measures 26 mm. It has the kozukahitsu-ana and no kogaihitsu-ana.
