is a very old teapot or kettle, Japanese in origin. From my research I think it is 19th century but this is not my area of interest so view all pics and ask questions...It measures 7 inches to end of spout and is 8 inches high. It weighs 3-1/2 lbs. It has rust on the inside bottom and also underneath...It looks to me like it could be removed however...The handle and the lid are both brass. It has a scene on both sides. The knob is loose and I am not sure how to tighten it. No dents in the lid, handle or knob .T is a mark on the side that is a makers mark I believe..I showed a close up of it in pic #5. Shipping is according to zip code. Email me with any questions and thanks for looking! Check out my other items !
