Detailed features, heavy and solid in weight, beautiful wood graining, classical Japanese form. The stand is older and formed from a single block of wood. No joinery, four level decorative legs, naturally aged patina. A handsome scholar's desk piece. Rare and collectable. Netsuke likely 1950's, stand 1900's. Measuring : Netsuke , 2.6" inches height by 2" depth. Stand , 3" square by 1" height.
