Antique La Nina Schooner Crusade Sails Madonna Wood Ship Roy Disney ESTATE Folk Description Antique La Nina Schooner Crusade Sails Madonna Wood Ship Roy Disney ESTATE Direct from the vacation estate of Roy Disney in Palm Springs. This ship was the inspiration for Pirates of the Caribbean I have been told. This is all handpainted wood, and the sails are a thick handpainted canvas depicting the Virgin Mary in the center with the word "Crusade" on both of them. La Nina Measures 21 long x 25 high x 4 wide. Worn condition, very old from the late 1800's. Great example of Folk ART.Proceeds goes to Animal Samaritans Feline Rescue!
