Double your traffic. Four fabulous MINT CONDITION antique lace making bobbins. Museum quality. Turned wood; some hand-blown glass beads (see image #5); rhinestones set in metal; Czech glass; etched pink glass bead and possibly 1 agate bead (big "black" bead in image #10 - upon close inspection you can see several white rings that circle the bead.) All the beads are on sturdy bent/twisted wire that appears to be copper. The wire is not "flimsy" in any way. Image #5 shows how dust has collected in the holes of the beads over the years. I am not an expert on 19th Century lace-making tools, but I think that's what your looking at here! I would love it if anyone here on ebay could share some info. I acquired these bobbins with a few other sewing "tools" - and have listed them all, so please check out my other listings. Happy to answer all your questions....
