The tops are decorated in scenes with carved shell and jade inlay. T is some missing shell and jade on some of the figures. The tables are black lacquer with carved wooden scenes on each side. T are 4 tables that fit under one another. The smallest has a drawer with a carved front. The carved scenes on the sides are all different. The tables are solid wood and sturdy. the vary in size from 17" tall to 25" tall. Because of the missing shell on top these are being sold for a fraction of retail. Pick-up is available if you are in the Charlotte NC area.
