Antique Lady's Legs Corkscrew Cork Screw Marked Germany circa 1890

Very unusual and unique corkscrew of celluloid blue and cream striped lady's legs wearing boots. This is marked GERMANY and is circa 1890s. Closed, this measures 2 5/8 inches long; open, it measures 5 3/16 inches across. The corkscrew point is quite sharp. This is in great antique condition without any breaks, chips, nicks or other distractions. The screw is darkened from age, which is not unexpected for it's age. It opens and closes easily. Most of what we offer are vintage and estate items, and as is the case with vintage items wear is to be expected and we will always point out any flaws that we see, no matter how minor. As I tend to have a fussy eye, we provide accurate photos so that you can also judge the condition for yourself.
