Description [ ?] Unusual Cabinet type Photo with a Gentleman by a Instrument that looks like a Piece of Early Surveying Equipment. Interesting instrument that looks like it is made with a Wagon Wheel base and Wrought Iron Legs Holding a Measuring Tool. It could be a Marine? Celestial? Architectural? Sextant. The Gentleman is holding the turned iron handle that seems to turn the instrument. The Photo seems to be printed on top of another photo, the edges are seen in my photo. Photo is on heavy paper board and framed in a gold gilt frame with metal decorated corners. Photo measures 7" x 9", Frame Meas. 11 1/2" x 14 1/2". Frame has no glass, has wear and dings to wood.
