~~~~ Featured Item ~~~~ Antique Large Primitive Wooden Tool Box Chest This is a wonderful box. It is dated to the 1800's. It measures 12" x 37" x 12". It has the initials FHS on the front in gold. It has a removable wooden tray on the inside. It has it's original skeleton key lock but we do not have the key. It has it's original paint which is a very dark (almost black) green. The hinges are original but the screws have been replaced at some point over the years. T is also wear on the edges of the piece which would be accepted for a piece of this age. It is heavy weighing approx. 30 pounds. We will ship parcel post or UPS and we will also be happy to work with you if you would like to arrange for local pick up. The piece would make a wonderful addition to a primitive collection. It would also make a wonderful storage table if legs were added to the piece. Thank you for stopping by our Country Store!!
