Up for auction is an antique Brown Swedish Trunk with Kurbits painting.It bears the name of Ingeborg Erikson and it's dated 1838.This might be a dowry chest,but I'm not sure. The trunk has its original paint and most of the hardware,there is no working lock and key.The paperliner inside of the trunk looks like it was added later on to protect the wood,because it's so clean. It measures 26" wide, 12" deep and 10 1.2" tall.It's in excellent condition for being over 170 years old. Note: The trunk is available for local pick-up and if the shipping cost for your area happens to be less then then the stated shipping cost I will issue you a refund for the difference.
