Authentic Antique SCNELL EMDEE Extra Large Leather Doctor's medical bag. Measures about 15" across, 11" tall and 6 1/2" deep. Double leather covered handles and working lock closure, no key. T are 5 extra large brass feet on the bottom for additional protection. Extra roomy on the inside, with built-in leather strap to secure tinctures and so forth. When open, t are 2 large, lengthwise storage shelves. One side has 1 large open area. The other side has 2 storage areas. Each storage area has a snap closure to secure your items. All hardware is present and in good working condition. This a rare find in such pristine condition. T are NO rips, tears, stains or damage to leather anyw! The inside is extremely clean, with only minimal wear and soiling. This would make a welcomed addition for any entertainment collector, historical enthusiast or medical care provider. Schnell = superior quality and this was a very popular and profitable prop rental for decades! This item comes from The Prop Source in St. Louis, Missouri. The Prop Source rented props and costumes to photographers, stylists and production companies. All items were used in photo and magazine shoots, t.v. shows and commercials, movies, parades, sporting and other specialized events. The Prop Source closed its doors in 2002, but you can still own a piece of its history forever. Actual history of items is unavailable.
