Antique MaComb Pottery Stoneware Jug Marked on the bottom of the jar: MACOMB POTTERY PAT - JAN 24, 1897 ? ( last number is illegible, we're guessing 7 ) The porcelain or milk glass insert on the inside of the metal cap reads: GENUINE ZINC CAP FOR BALL MASON JARS The jar (with cap included) measures approximately 8Â½" tall. Nice, vintage condition ...t are some small chips / nicks present on the rim of the jar. Nice old, collectible item!
