Toms River Auction This Solid Mahogany Dining Table came out of a local Estate well looked after all the matching pieces to this Dining Set are being Auctioned in our other listings. The rest of the set is Early DREXEL with the Drexel company logo burned into the drawer. I have to assume this table was part of the original set manufactured too by the famous maker Drexel. However we see no company makers mark under the table, what counts is it is really a clean piece of furniture the turned pedestal Duncan Phyfe style legs are both clean and unbroken. Sturdy and strong. This table opens up to accomodate one 12" Leaf however the home this was brought out from had a small Dining Room had never used the extension leaf and it was not provided nor found with the Estate. We do however get replacement leaves from time to time. The color might not be a match with a replacement leaf but again one can put a table cover over the possible addition of a leaf and then use it opened for company and close this back up during regular times. Measurements:62" Wide/Long X 40" Wide X 28.5" Tall. If one put in the 12" Leaf. Again I should be able to locate one if asked. The table would opend to a grand size of 74" Long with the missing leaf! Such is this table a good honest piece of furniture that one can bring into their home and enjoy for another 50 years looked after again it is never going bad.
