Fine Scottish mahogany longcase clock with silver dial and 8-day regulator movement. Signed, Jas. Muirhead, Glasgow. Recorded working 1817-1841 at 90 Buchanan St, Glasgow as watchmaker to Queen Victoria. High quality regulator movement with dead beat escapement and maintaining power, striking the hours on a bell. In full working order with its original brass cased weights and heavy brass pendulum bob. All dimensions taken at their widest point. SHIPPING DETAILS. Delivery within the UK is £120 to most locations. Shipment to the US is approx. $1000 this includes customs and brokerage charges.
