Up for auction is this great Antique Mantel Clock. This clock is made from marble and has a removable brass figure on top. The Victorian gentleman is holding a painters palette and appear to be posing for a portrait himself. The clock has a glass door on the front and a metal and felt door on the back. It is not known if this clock works, t is no key for it. T are no manufacturer’s marks on this clock. This clock and figure weigh a little over 14 lbs. Measures: Clock 8-3/4” tall x 8” wide x 5” deep. Figure: 6-1/2” tall x 6” wide x 3” deep. Figure has green felt bottom. Clock top has a few light stains and some light scratches, see pictures.
