Estate Sale Find!! Up for auction is a fabulous antique chalkware statue that I purchased at an estate sale of a couple who traveled the world collecting amazing Victorian treasures. This statue has been on display in my Victorian home that I recently sold and now I offer it to you! The shepardess and lamb are in beautiful hues of patinaed brown, green and fleshy peach. The piece measures almost 2 feet tall and is about 22 inches around the largest diameter of the piece. The piece is marked on the back (see photo) France, 182. T is an oval manufacturers backstamp that I cannot make out. I am not an expert in chalkware and do not know it's true value. So I am offering it at a reserve that is low and is what I paid for it. I am auctioning off all my Victorian era items as I have now bought a 1915 "folk Victorian" farmhouse and my Eastlake/High Victorian just doesn't go in this home. Be sure to check back as I unpack and organize and am sure to find more amazing things for auction! Shipping: Calculated - Priority Only. Payment: We prefer PayPal but do accept money orders for the USA only. International bidders are PayPal only. Your payment is due within 5 days of auction closing. Failure to contact us and/or not pay will result in the item being relisted and you will be reported to e-Bay for non-payment. The item must be returned to our Florida address: 14713 Main Street, Alachua 32615, within 7 days of receiving it (tracking is on packages) for a refund on your closing auction bid.
