SUPERB MASONIC PAINTED DIAL PAIR CASED STERLING SILVER POCKET WATCH KEY WIND VERGE FUSEE MOVEMENT, Numbered 16046 BEAUTIFULLY ENGRAVED BALANCE COCK GOOD WORKING ORDER KEEPS REASONABLE TIME HAVING REGARD TO ITS AGE A good weight for this rare watch of 150g, and overall diameter 55mm. Two old retailers papers within the case, one with the name G Valiant, one illegible but with very old pencil writing on the reverse. Stunning Masonic detail on the enamel dial of the Two Pillars, Chequered Pavement, Sun and Moon, the All Seeing Eye, Square and Compasses and other symbols, a superb watch to enjoy and exhibit at Lodge Meetings. I will provide a key to fit the watch. The dial has Roman numerals, and gold hands within the silver pair case which shuts and clips as it should. The case is hallmarked with London marks for 1835 or 1855, and the makers mark JJ. I am not a silver expert so cannot provide more detail on the dating. Don't miss this rare opportunity to add this beautiful watch to your collection.
