Antique Masons Improved Fruit Jar 1870 Blue Qt w/ Cross This auction is for a Blue Quart Antique Masons Improved Fruit Jar 1870 with cross on lid and zinc band. The glass lid is marked Mason's Improved, has a cross logo. Jar is marked Masons Improved on front and bottom is marked Patd May 10, 1870. It has a faint mold mark on the bottom looks like a bell with a dimple. Jar has a ground rim, smooth with no chips or cracks. Lid has no chips or cracks. Embossing is strong, good old jar, has a few bubbles, some faint wear marks but a great jar for your collection. Payment must be made within 5 days and checkout must be completed within 2 days. This item is being sold as is, the pictures are part of the description, so ask question and more pictures are available upon request. Item being sold as is no refunds or partial refunds. I ship USPS priority mail. Shipping will always be combined if you purchase more than one item. Due to the problems lately of delays and packages not reaching their destination.
