This rare 7 jewel Triple signed Tank style Elgin wristwatch has been thoroughly overhauled and features a new glass crystal and a newly refinished dial. The dial has a rich creamy white background and is supported by gold hands and gold Arabic numbers. The case #448461 measures 25x25mm, and it is 11mm. thick from rear lid to top of the crystal. T is some slight wear (that cannot be seen when worn) around the edges but that is to be expected in a watch that has seen service since the 1930's. The case snaps shut and has no dings or dents. The band is new, a genuine leather dark brown calf, and will fit most mens wrists. T is no wear at the lugs. The 10/0 Elgin movement # 36027754 winds and sets like new. It is *guaranteed by yours truly, and as a watchmaker for the past 40 years can with pride assure the winner of this auction, of a top grade movement containing all original parts.
