This vintage Aladdin oil lamp has that charming well worn look from age and lots of use! I am selling this as a non-working oil lamp, purely a display piece or for parts. I don't believe that it can hold oil as I can see all the way through to the top from the base. The wick is stuck in its current position and the round cap w you fill the oil is stuck shut also. T is some solder w the wick turner goes into the lamp which looks like a small repair of some sort. (The wick turner does turn but the wick isn't moving.) The metal of the base has overall wear to the finish and a slight ding in the metal on the foot. The chimney is in nice condition with no damage and it fits very well, but I am sure it is not original to the base. Overall height with the chimney is 19 1/2 inches, without the chimney is 11 3/4 inches. It is marked as shown in the photos and also has the word "patented" impressed across w the chimney sits. This lamp is being sold "as is" so please ask questions before bidding as all sales are final. Payment: I accept Paypal payments & postal money orders.
