ANTIQUE MING DYNASTY CHINESE CARVED JADE DRAGON CICADA TOGGLE PENDANT Description This antique circa Ming Dynasty Chinese jade toggle, is delightfully carved in mutton fat jade (a colour much prized in ancient times). It has a dragons head with long eye brows and Ruji shaped ears with wings and body of a cicada, pierced with a small hole to the chin for a toggle cord. This gorgeous little piece has old worn smooth surfaces with a fabulous feel in the hand and the wear looks genuine and very old under a powerful eyeglass. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damage or repair. We have had this piece in our collection for about 20 years, we are starting it at cost price. Length 6.5cm, width 3.5cm.
