This is an amazing find at an Ohio estate sale. It's a 15 piece (complete) child's miniature canister set. Every piece has its original lid. It is in almost perfect condition. I say that because I saw a tiny imperfection on one of the lids, but it was probably from when it was made. It is from Germany. Please see the picture of the bottom of one of the pieces. These are different sizes - as follows: 6 tiny spice jars measure only 1.25 inches by 2.5 inches - they are the allspice, nutmeg, pepper, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. There is also a salt container that has a hole for hanging - it measures 3 inches by 3 inches. The rice, coffee, oatmeal, tea, sugar and barley measure 2 inches by 4 inches. And the oil and vinegar measure 1.5 inches by 4.5 inches. These are still dirty inside each because I found them in a box which had been stored for many, many years. I think it was just their storage box (see picture). These would look great in a child's cupboard or on a shelf. The color of the design is a dark blue & the main part is white.
