This is an original Model 1904 McClellan saddle. It has original top straps and is a size 11 1/2 inch seat. The leather is in nice condition for its age. The tree is solid and the seams are good. Most of the hardware has been cleaned recently, and all of the seat hardware is there. This is the same model that was used during World War I by the U.S. Cavalry.
