Antique Navy Bicorn Cocked hat made by The Lilley Co., Columbus, Ohio. Worn by Benjamin P. McKinley. Size 7 1/8. Made of black felt with leather brim inside and silk head liner. Approx. 16 1/2 " long x 6 1/4" wide x 7" tall. On items listed as vintage please expect them to be in"Vintage" condition.
