This is an antique New Haven Clock Co. "Occidental" Shelf or Mantel clock, ca. 1895. It has a beautiful walnut case in excellent condition . Everything on this clock is, to the best of my knowledge and research, original. The door glass, cherub statues, pendulum, everything about this clock is in great shape. The 8-day spring-driven time and strike movement bears the New Haven trademark, and is in great working condition. It has been cleaned and oiled, and keeps accurate time . The chime works nicely as well. The Occidental is a very collectible New Haven piece, and this example is among those in the finest condition available. This clock is about 24" high, 16" wide, and 5" deep. Feel free to contact seller with any questions about this clock.
