This is an Antique Estate ring. It is either a wax and seal signature signet ring or wax and seal family crest ring. The silver is german antique silver 835 and has a little hallmark stamp on the inside of the ring that looks like a tiny crown and scepter. The 2 angels at the top are holding a banner that reads 1850. T are two nude men holding up a crest, they are each also holding what looks like a club or stick. The Pinecone topiary is (from research) I believe a symbol for Augsburg. Under the crest sits 2 goats (or rams) and under that is what looks like an eagle. This ring came with this case but I am not sure if it was the original case or not. This is a very unique, rare ring, I was unable to find anything even remotely similar. I am starting this auction low and t is no reserve. Sorry about not adding the size originally.. It is a size 10
