Good Antique NY Sampler w/ Separate Family Record 1879

Antique New York Sampler - Ella E. Thurston 1879 Originally purchased at an auction in New Hampshire, this is a nice framed sampler, done by a young girl who was born in 1868 and completed in 1879. It has three examples of the alphabet, numbers and a lovely poem. There are also nice decorations along the bottom with trees, birds and a little house. In addition to the sampler I also have an embroidered family history which has Ella's birth and marriage listed. The family record is done in black thread and has a decorative embroidered border. The sampler is framed in an antique gold wood frame. The frame measures 22.5" by 22". The family history is framed in a black wood frame that measures 29.5" wide by 25" tall. The sampler appears to be in good antique condition, I do not see any tears or holes, maybe a little discoloring. The family record must have been folded at one time and the folds are still apparent, there is also more discoloring on the family record than on the sampler. I think the sampler is the better piece here, but it would be a shame to separate them which is why I am listing them together. ***Please read***If you want both pieces shipped in their frames I will ship them in separate boxes, so whatever the calculator comes up with for a price for shipping will be doubled. It would also be possible to ship the sampler framed and take the family history piece out of the frame to ship with the sampler.
